In 1993, SHADO was engaged at the Autolatina Design Facility in Sao Paulo, Brasil, where the VW & FORD design teams worked on creating unique cars off each others platforms.
At that the time during the production relaunch of the classic Beetle (Fusca), several theme sketches were created for derivative 'icon' models.
