In one year,
from sketches produced for Ford's Motorsport Division early
in 1989, the mock-up aerodynamic research vehicle was created, utilising
Ford's own Koln windtunnel. From this, the design and clay model
were developed and productionised, with input from Ford Styling,
plus the creation of all the cadd surfaces, master tooling models
and the showcar used for the Escort launch event.

car ranges was the SXB programme, designed and developed as a
series of clay models during 1990/91. Its key design elements

From an initial
business study for a new Indonesian corporation, the Beta 97 MPV
was fully developed at CAD, on screen, from initial renderings.
Clay models of the exterior and interior were developed from the
cadd database, presented and approved after only 6 months, and from
this the complete engineering programme, prototypes, seating arrangement,
corporate identity and marketing strategy for the project, had the
vehicle ready for full production in less than 30 months. Unfortunately
due to the political turmoil in Indonesia at that time the project
was 'mothballed'. |

During 1992/93
under the direction of London Taxis International, a sketch programme,
followed by a series of full size clay models, updated and redeveloped
the traditional London black cab, to improve it's build quality,
driver ergonomics and disabled passenger access, that contributed
to the design of the new TX1 cab. |

During 1991 one
of the designs under consideration for the DB7 project was a 6 cylinder
development of the Escort Cosworth 4 x 4 platform. The clay model
was developed to show how the marque's traditional styling themes
could be maintained for this alternative. |
